How long does it take to get a mortgage?

Is getting pre-approved better than getting pre-qualified?

Yes. In today's market, pre-approval is the best route to go. However, if you're in the early stages and are curious on the general range of what you can afford, getting pre-qualified would be a great first step. But once you are serious about looking at homes, we'd recommend getting pre-approved.


What types of loans does Valorem Equity offer?
